About David Rock:

David Rock is known as the founder of the brain-based approach to coaching. As CEO of Results Coaching Systems over 10,000 professionals have learned to be better coaches using his models. David helps global organizations including Ericsson, HSBC and EDS build coaching cultures. He is the author of three books including 'Quiet Leadership' (2006) and 'Coaching with the Brain in Mind' (2008). David is on faculty at CIMBA, an international business school in Europe, and a guest lecturer at Oxford University, as well as the founder of the NeuroLeadership Summit and Institute. He sits on the board of BlueSchool, an innovative start-up school in NYC. David is currently completing a doctorate in the Neuroscience of Leadership and finishing his 4th book due out late 2009.
